And Lauren Conrad spent the afternoon yesterday hitting up the shops on Melrose Avenue.The Hills hottie was spotted checking out some gear at Urban Outfitters, as well as Bleu on her retail therapy excursion in Los Angeles. The rain certainly didn’t dampen her desire to spend money!
