Who'd have thought I'd be posting about this a year ago? After four arrests in as many states, bad boy Jason Wahler of Laguna Beach and The Hills seems to have reformed - and is now engaged to USC student girlfriend Katja Decker-Sadowski!
Wahler's representative told TMZ that Jason proposed last weekend with a four-carat emerald-cut diamond ring in Beverly Hills.
Lauren Conrad's ex and Decker-Sadowski have been dating for around six months and got together shortly before Jason left rehab. The twosome recently moved into an LA pad together and have yet to set a date for their nuptials.
