Laguna Beach's born-and-bred bad boy has showed himself up yet again for the total idiot he's become. No, I take that back.
He always was a fucking idiot.
The pictures to the left show Jason and a friend, Jay, playing a game of Russian Roulette in these pictures released exclusively by Us Weekly.
The game was said to be using genuine bullets - and was very dangerous. No kidding.
The pictures were taken last summer but have only just emerged. Within them Jason, 20, and his friend Jay, a rapper, are holding pistols to their heads and proceeding to pull the trigger.
A witness tells Us Weekly, "We were just wasted one night and we ended up back at Jay's house in North Hollywood...everyone was just playing around and they decided to play Russian Roulette. There was one bullet in the gun and Jason and Jay both pointed the gun at their heads and pulled the trigger." Thankfully, no-one was hurt - but this probably won't be the last of Jason's ridiculous antics, as the witness adds, "Jason's out of control. He's out of his f*cking mind."
Jason has been arrested four times in the past nine months for numerous offences that include driving under the influence of alcohol, criminal trespassing and assault. TMZ reports that Jason called the arresting officer a "n*gger", a "f*ggot" and a "poor f*ck".
His most recent arrest was April 9, but he was sentenced in early March to 60 days in an L.A. County Jail. He has until May 4 to turn himself in and start serving time (in this case, for assaulting a worker and two truck drivers in 2006).
Jason is expected in court in North Carolina sometime this week to answer charges of resisting a public officer during an underage drinking sweep, Us Weekly reports. In September of 2006, Jason was arrested in NYC and charged with one couhnt each in resisting arrest and bribery, disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance.
I bet LC's glad she got out of that mess.
